Talked about this since i joined but for unfosceen situs didnt start.
Ive had my pre plans to concieve Rheumy appointment last week.
So as of last Frida im on
Planequil at max dose now of 400mg was already on 200mg for few months so had adjusted to that.
off Methotrexate since Monday 8th march.
given me large shot Steriod at appointment.
been told to wait 6 months ebfore start to try to eb safe.
by which time my enxt Rheumy appointment is due.
then it will a review of how doing on medication.
plan is to give me steriod inections but if wear off to soon to switch me to tablet form at low doseage.
where i go for RA and lupus plus fibro is a RA clinic they ahvea special service called pre during and after pregancy clinic run by nurse,consultant overhead.
First part of consultation not ENOCURAGING told they now feel there hands are tied,i not really at good stage to try but considering my age and what my gynaecolagist has said regarding fact i have early stages of endometriois i do need try asap.
so early days yet.
so far just resting more,exercising more eating well and losing more weight.
finding im now priotising thigns more with future plans in mind.
Rheumy clearly told me even despite giving me the steriod shot i may go into a full on flare,.Hoping not
To take folic acid daily which ive started to do.
asked them to go over all medication im on making sure whats ok whats not.
all fine for now only thing had go was mtx.
found that Gp has different opnion to Rehumy but will follow Rheumys advice for me and support me.
review in 6 months.

GYANECOLGIST advised due to lupus would be high risk pregancy at worst a caesrain.
Hoping once lost more weight the porgrestrone levels will rise up more.
little disconserting that Gynae had no clue of lupus medications.
this will involve 2 diferent hospitals one for rheumy and 1 for pregancy as much closer more latest eqpiment etc for any preg issues.but as say thats far off as yet.
